Month 1 Summary
The first month of our Drawmaster review was patchy. A healthy profit of 21 points in the first two weeks had fallen to 1.6 by the end of the first month’s selections. A tad disappointing given that, since its launch in October 2017, the service had been delivering steady profits.
Drawmaster is a simple concept. Every selection is a draw to a single point stake. The recommended bank is 50 points. Selections are notified by email during the evening prior to match day. Selections can also be accessed through the Betting Gods site and apps are available. Advised odds ranged from 2.75 to 6.0 but are generally in the 3.1-3.6 range.
The selections include matches from every continent and some obscure leagues and you may need more than one bookmaker to ensure the bet can be covered. Advised odds can be met usually, if in doubt backing on an exchange will often better the advised price even after allowing for commission.
Tips arrive almost every day – only one no bet day in the first month of the review. Weekends are particularly busy often with over 30 bets. You need to allow plenty of time to place your bets on the busy days, especially if you want to shop around for the best price.
Profit/Loss to £10 Level Stakes | +£16 |
Number of bets | 194 |
Number of wins | 57 |
Strike Rate | 29.4% |
Return On Investment | 0.82% |
Month 2 Summary
The second month of our Drawmaster review was disappointing. There were very few winning days and the strike rate fell from 29.4% to 23.10%.
Overall there was a loss during the month of just over 31 points for the Drawmaster review.
Profit/Loss to £10 Level Stakes | -£312.00 |
Number of bets | 156 |
Number of wins | 36 |
Strike Rate | 23.10% |
Return On Investment | -20.00% |
Month 3 Summary
There was a dramatic turnaround in the third and final month of the Draw Master Review. Last month’s loss of £312 (to a £10 stake) was transformed to a profit of almost £146 as the strike rate rose from 23% to nearly 36%.
However, there were far fewer selections than in each of the first two months so the excellent performance was not enough to return the Review to an overall profit.
Profit/Loss to £10 Level Stakes | +£145.90 |
Number of bets | 67 |
Number of wins | 24 |
Strike Rate | 35.8% |
Return On Investment | 21.8% |
Draw Master Tips Conclusion
It’s a very straightforward service as all stakes are 1 point per bet. The review was based on 1 point = £10 and given a notional betting bank of £1000. As the name suggests the service exclusively focuses on draws on the 1 X 2 market.
During the busiest periods (for football generally) you get tips almost every day. You receive an email even on blank days so you are not left wondering whether you have missed something.
When looking at the review period in isolation it’s difficult to be over enthusiastic despite the recovery and very good strike rate in Month three, so the service would not be regarded as viable.. However, if the Month two performance can be regarded as a one-off aberration then the service merits a watching brief, and perhaps a further review a few weeks into the new (European) season.
